I always strive to have a transparent relationship with those I have the pleasure of being able to connect with & work with, to keep their best interests at heart and acting in integrity at all times.
To my clients, audience, peers, mentors, team and myself. Kindness, compassion, and empathy are active daily practices for us here - especially for underrepresented and marginalised groups.
Who said that we can't have fun whilst getting the work done? While dance parties and laughing fits aren't mandatory, they're highly encouraged to have an awesome client experience working with me.
As a British born Hong Kongese, I really didn't really know any other identity that was "acceptable" at the time.
But.. I always knew deep down that there was something more I could say, do, and be. And once I learned how to reclaim my own voice along with the courage to amplify it, it became my life's mission to help other underestimated & overlooked women like you to do the same.
