The Speakers
"Mai-kee makes summits fun, easy to digestible and jam-packed with value."
This Not-Quite-a-Summit Thingamabob has opened my eyes to better and more sustainable ways I can go about my own visibility journey that doesn't have me feel like I'm on a hamster wheel.
I loved how all the speakers gave tangible action step(s) and dived deep on one concept within a 30mins or less.
"Your diverse accessibility was BEAUTIFUL and spot on! "
From how it was organized, formatted, and orchestrated to the actual content of the workshops themselves, I will be rewatching and gleaning from many of the workshops throughout this process.
I am looking forward to seeing all the growth that will come from my attending this year's thingamabob and I can't wait until the next one!
"Mai-kee truly holds space for you in a thoughtful, unrushed way and delivers authentic messaging magic within minutes."
As someone whose job is typically to listen to the stories of others, it was such a pleasure to be on the other side and receive. Before I worked with Mai-kee, my only visibility opportunities have been invitation-only and my cold pitches heard crickets.
For a long time, sitting down to figure out what I consider myself to be an "expert" in or how to own my story — and pitch both — have left me feeling stumped (And I'm a copywriter). After our VIP Day, I now have clear and compelling topic suites that I can confidently pitch, personalised templates I'll keep returning to and she even whipped up a custom pitch for a podcast I have my eye on.
So I know that my business and future podcast pitches will be eternally grateful for Mai-kee's expertise!
"I unlocked my biz goal of being featured in Forbes this year - and the foundational story and ideas for my piece were uncovered during my VIP Spotlight Day thanks to Mai-kee!"
Before working with Mai-kee I used to actively avoid visibility opportunities. My introverted brain was stuck on a rolling loop of “What if’s” clouded in doubt and fear, “What if I froze when they asked me a question, What could I pitch that was actually interesting…”
Our VIP Spotlight Day was a turning point for me. Mai-kee listened with empathy as we wove through stories that I sobbed through, ones that made me laugh, and others I was proud to tell. She helped me identify key moments that highlighted my business goals so I know have a solid suite of ideas to pitch and a few stories to rely on.
Plus, she helped me practice telling an emotional story that was a turning point in my business and hit the subtle line between bursting into tears or shutting off my emotions.
Mai-kee’s made the podcast guesting process something I actually look forward to now! I can relax into the 1-on-1 conversations I have with podcast hosts knowing I have stories to draw on.
"If you want to have a winning pitch drafted ready to hit send, communicate your story in an impactful and meaningful way sans 'waffle', and get an in-depth look at how you can create a podcast guesting strategy, Mai-kee is the person you need to work with!"
Before working with Mai-kee, I was about to give up on pitching podcasts because I didn't think my pitches worked. I felt like I rambled a lot and I felt like I didn't have a good enough story worthy to be on podcasts.

Throughout our VIP Spotlight Day, I learned to tell my story in a succinct way and in a way that sat well with me. I also felt like I had a story worth telling and that might help others.
Mai-kee is a delight! She's such a great listener and she really lifted the curtain the whole podcast guesting strategy for me.
“When it comes to pitching and landing on podcasts, Mai-kee is THE expert.”
She has created and refined more pitch ideas, and booked more podcasts than anyone I know. She knows what works and delivers the goods.
If you need good PR and opportunities to talk about your ideas or services, book her now!
"Thanks to Mai-kee, I managed to be featured on one of my all-time favourite podcasts which I’ve been listening to for YEARS"
Honestly, I always thought that you had to be super big or famous to be a guest on podcasts. But Mai-kee helped me realise that all you need is the desire to share your valuable expertise with the listeners. And after working with her, all the insecurities I had in my head were gone!
“Mai-kee provided me a formula for podcast pitching that was so clear, easy to understand, and a total game changer."
Before I started working with Mai-kee, I’d sent a few podcast pitches and was met with either a “not right now” or no response at all. I wasn’t confident in my ability to effectively pitch to podcasts, and that lack of confidence made matters worse. I was frustrated because I knew I had a lot to offer as a podcast guest, but my message just wasn’t getting across.
She helped me get clear on my messaging, which was huge in growing my confidence at pitching. I know have a solid foundation for pitching myself to podcasts, and all of the confidence to put myself out there. I can’t wait to see what 2020 has in store for me thanks to Mai-kee’s invaluable help!
"You can’t go wrong with Mai-kee!"
She is one of the most tenacious marketers I know (and I know A LOT of marketers!).
Not only is she classy and professional, she’s also a deep thinker who isn’t afraid to be vulnerable (and help her clients feel comfortable sharing their multifaceted selves online).
Most importantly, Mai-kee delivers real results for her clients, like more visibility, more leads, more customers, and she uses the power of podcasting to empower business owners like yourself to launch in a bigger, more genuine way.
“In many ways, Mai-kee is the yin and yang of pitching AND landing podcasts."
She has an incredibly gentle spirit that allows you to feel supported and encouraged along the way, but she also has a fierce, dogged determination that fights for your success every step of the way.
Even better, Mai-kee is a true expert in her space, and she leads with an authenticity that is rare in today’s market.

I'm the Sustainable Visibility® Mentor, ICF Certified Trauma-Conscious Leadership Coach & Podcast Guesting Strategist.
Since 2020, I've had hundreds of conversations with entrepreneurs about being visible in a way that truly works for them and their businesses, and that was when the Sustainable Visibility® movement was born!
The truth is, "Putting yourself out there!" isn't that simple, especially for those of us who have multiple marginalised identities which impact the way we show up in the world.
It affects the stories we share, the depth of detail we're willing to go, and how safe we feel to actually be seen.
This digital event is for the folks who aren't used to being validated in the online space, and know that what they do matters.
It's about standing out by standing up for what we believe in, and who we stand with.
You ready?
Have we met yet ? If not, then:
Got Q's in need of A's? Let me help:
What happens as soon as I register for my ticket?
You will have secured your seat at the digital event which runs from the 24th - 26th March, and your access to the mini workshops will be dripped throughout the week commencing the 24th March (see above for the event schedule).
What's the biggest difference between the FREE CONTENT ticket vs the PAID COMMUNITY ticket?
👩🏻‍💻 The "No-People-ing Please" Content Ticket is for the folks who only want the mini-workshops and keynote, no community calls or LIVE elements. I dubbed it the "No-People-ing Please" ticket because in my market research process, there are some folks who just don't have the capacity to connect, and that's 100% valid. So that's why this option exists. All folks with this free ticket have access to the content until 1st April 2025.
🌎 The Community Experience Ticket is for those who do have the capacity to connect with fellow like-minded + like-hearted people whilst integrating the content (the mini-workshops!). There will be a Meet & Greet networking call to kick off the event on Friday 21st March, 3 consecutive days of watch parties to help you make space to actually watch/listen to/read the material from 24th - 26th March, and a conversational coworking session to wrap up the event on Friday 28th. (See above for the event schedule!)
There is no Facebook Group/Slack Channel (again, something I learned from the market research!), so all connections will be made on the Zoom calls and the Google Spreadsheet I'll drop in every call.
What makes this a "not-quite-a-summit-thingamabob" digital event vs a regular summit?
The answers all came to me in the market research process where personally spoke with and listened deeply to 62 small online business owners who shared both their love and frustrations with the standard summit system. They loved the variety of folks they could learn from, but their collective struggles always came from overwhelm of content, the near-impossible-to-watch-everything-in-48-hours deadlines for presentations, and the constant pressure to buy the upsell.
I listened, and together with my brilliant speakers we're co-creating a much more curated experience that's akin to a summit, but still a "not-quite-a-summit-thingamabob" due to the intentional differences in the format and flow which *hopefully* provide balance of insightful information and integration.
How long are the mini-workshops?
Each mini-workshop has been kept around the 20-30 minute mark so they’ll be super easy to binge (whether you're watching the videos, listening to the podcast, or reading the tidy transcripts)!
Don’t forget you can always change the playback settings if you need the episodes to play at a faster or slower speed.
How long do I have access to the content for?
If you have the FREE Content Ticket, you'll have access from 24th March until the 1st April 2025.
If you have the PAID Community Ticket you'll have lifetime* access to all of the mini-workshops! *Lifetime = So long as the recordings are a part of my offer suite, they will be available. If they are sunsetted in the future, you'll be provided a 30 day heads up before all content is removed.

Let’s break it down.
Workshop #1 is just under 50 minutes long,
Workshop #2 runs 1 hour and 25 minutes, and
Workshop #3 runs 1 hour and 13 minutes.
TL;DR: The series totals about 3 and a half hours of video content! Remember that you also have the audio version (via a Private Podcast!), and a written version (via transcript) to suit your personal learning style.
I've also added respective timestamps for each workshop section to help you save time and zip through the content to wherever you want to focus on - woooop!

While the content inside UPG can be a great starting point, the material inside isn't sufficient to equip someone else - other than you - to send pitches on your behalf.
This requires a completely different skillset (think writing your own copy vs someone writing copy for you, it's different right?)
So I strongly recommend learning how to pitch yourself first, so you’re clear on your message, your story, and your topics of influence before you loop other people into the pitching process.

What’s this really about?
BEFORE YOU GO, LET’S TALK ABOUT THE BIG PICTURE
Yes, visibility is about expanding your audience & making an impact with your work in the world.
But, really? It's so much more than that.
It’s designed to help you be visible in a way that honours who you are.
And that includes your story, your values, and the identities you hold dear—whether they’re external where everyone can see them or internal where they can only be experienced and felt.
It’s designed to give you the tools to amplify your voice on your terms so we can build, together, an online business world that’s wonderfully full of important stories & perspectives & identities.
If you’re not quite ready for the spotlight, that’s perfectly okay—there is a time and a place for everything.
But if you choose that you’re ready for this work...
I am here with you, my lovely.
All my loving best,
Mai-kee x
It’s about trusting yourself.
It’s about building an inclusive community.
It’s about representation.
The sustainable visibility® not-quite-a-summit-thingamabob is designed to help you take a safe, meaningful step into the spotlight, especially if you’ve been underestimated, your voice is under-represented, and your perspective is under-appreciated.
