🗓️ Here's Our Schedule For the Next 3 Months 🗓️
As you can see, there's no set day of the week or week of the month that the sessions run - and that is on purpose.
The Coworking Cove's calendar is actually in close connection to certain cycles of the Moon (which you may know, *does* influence the tides in the ocean as well as the water within *us*).
And since certain phases of the Moon cycle impact our creativity, willingness to reflect, and energy levels to various degrees - the Cove sessions are carved out to hold space for you during these times of the month.
I do acknowledge that a cyclical calendar experience may be new for you, which is why as your facilitator, I will *always* provide the dates at least 3 months in advance for your peace of mind.

Hey my lovely! I’m Mai-kee Tsang (She/Her), and I will be your facilitator inside The Coworking Cove™.
We’ll set out to sea together (figuratively of course) and I’ll be there to anchor you into place, so you can jump into your Focused Flow & Deep Dive sessions.
Since 2016, I’ve facilitated groups of folks (both big and intimate, in person and digitally) so they can have a place to access the richest insights within their brilliant brains.
I've done this inside live events, memberships, coaching programs, masterminds – and of course, in my own offers too.
And as a ICF Certified Trauma-Conscious Leadership Coach (amongst many other things), I understand that holding space for a diverse group of folks is not something to take lightly.
I'm a cis-gendered, able-bodied British born citizen with English as my first language. I'm also a neuro-divergent trauma survivor and a highly sensitive person of Asian descent on the LGBTQIAP+ spectrum.
I'm choosing to share the intersections of my identities because it's important to acknowledge my proximity to privilege, and how this will naturally impact the way I'll hold this space as the Facilitator. I take my role very seriously - which I hope you’ll both witness and experience personally inside The Coworking Cove™.
Even though the nature of coworking requires only quiet participation (little to no talking)...

🌊 Curious Why There’s An Ocean Theme? 🌊
As I kid, I grew up watching every documentary there was about the ocean with my dad (especially when it was narrated by David Attenborough) – and I was in endless awe of the diverse marine wildlife that humankind had currently found across the 7 oceans of the world.
But what fascinated me even more was how much there's yet to be discovered in the depths of the unknown… where sometimes, even in the darkest of places, you could find life shining its own light (bioluminescent beings, I’m looking at you!)
That’s why when my parents took my sister and I to the seaside nearly every chance we got, I would wait until the tide went out before I got to explore the incredible little rock pools – these were just swimming with life inside them (my favourite find was a sea anemone that looked just like Nemo’s home!)
After that? I would just lose all sense of time by watching and listening to the waves... for as long as I could until it was time to go home.
That’s why a perfect day out for me is going to the aquarium so I can just sit in awe, looking at all the beautiful marine creatures up close - especially in front of the big tanks.
Or at the beach where I won’t sunbathe, but just fall into a trance being one with the waves.
So it’s safe to say that my love for the ocean runs deep, and that’s also why everything in The Coworking Cove™ is under this theme.

Did you know this is a rare and the *only* small type of dolphin species that thrives in the Antarctic Ocean because of its ability to adapt to extreme environments?
Did you know these are known as “The Unicorns of the Sea”? They primarily reside in the Arctic Waters and can live up to 100 years in the wild!

1. What happens as soon as I enroll?
You'll receive an email confirmation for your space, and from there you'll be informed of the details to access your members area.
Once logged in, you'll find the welcome video to set expectations of the space, and 3 important next steps (including how to access our Private Community Calendar!) for you to take - then we're off to the races!
2. Is this a closed or open enrollment?
Open! You can join anytime, and right now we have 50 Founding Member spaces which comes with its own special bonus.
Other than yet, yes you can join whenever it suits you!
3. Where will the coworking sessions take place?
Digitally on Zoom all sessions are unrecorded.
4. How far in advance will I be able to see the schedule for the session dates and times?
You'll always see at least 3 months in advance on the private google calendar! If you don't have Google Calendar, that's okay too because you'll receive a monthly email about the sessions dates and times anyhow. So don't worry, I've got you!
Regardless of the dates or session types, the start times will always be either 11am BST (The Hourglass Dolphins Pod) or 4pm BST (The Narwhals Pod).
5. Can I join the other pod sessions?
Yes! As a member inside The Coworking Cove™, you're invited to come to any or even all the sessions available on our private calendar.
The Pod names + session times are there as a guide - but if you're an early bird or night owl (like me!) and you work at different times, by all means join us for whichever sessions suits you!
6. Can I still join in on a session if I can't stay for the whole thing?
Of course! If you need to leave a session early, no worries and no need to explain either. Simply "resurface" on your own and leave the Zoom room at your leisure.
Please note, if you choose to leave the Zoom room early, you will not be let back into the same session that day, as the rest of the collective will still be in their Focused Flow or Deep Dive.
7. Can I join a session if I'm late?
To honour the immersive experience for everyone inside the Focused Flow or Deep Dive sessions, please be sure to make it within 10 minutes of the start time - or you won't be able to access the Zoom room. However, if you are aware you'll be late (beyond the 10 minute mark) but you would still like to join, please be sure to send me an email at Hi@MaikeeTsang.com to let me know before the session start time. If this is done, I'll honour the notice and provide you late access to the Cove at the halfway mark.
8. Will there be more coworking sessions added in to the schedule each month in the future?
It's a possibility. While I've discovered that some folks really thrive when there is an abundance of choice - others can be overwhelmed by it because it's yet another decision they need to make.
That's why the pacing of the Coworking Cove™ sessions is intentionally on a fortnightly basis (usually 2 weeks in between each pod session) each month. It's one less decision for you to make, and it's also a commitment I know I can honour for the long term as your facilitator too.
9. Is there a community element to The Coworking Cove™?
Yes & it's 100% optional! I run QUARTERLY community gatherings where you'll get to connect with fellow Cove buddies in your pod! In between those quarterly gatherings, I'll create a running document where folks all around can share their details to connect and seek each other out (this will be shared inside the Zoom room).
Some sessions you might like to do some "people-ing", other times you might just need to be present and not speak a word. Both are completely valid and welcome without any judgement (in fact, I shift between these 2 states all the time myself!)
10. What if I want to cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership anytime - no explanations or hoops to jump through required (there will be an option to provide feedback though!).
Simply email at least 48 hours before your quarterly or annual payment is due to: Hi@MaikeeTsang.com to let me know!
Please note, all sales are final so no refunds will be offered.
11. Can I rejoin The Coworking Cove again if I've cancelled in the past?
Of course! There's no locked commitment, so you're more than welcome to rejoin us inside The Coworking Cove™ anytime.
I get that "life happens" to all of us, so there are seasons when we just need to dial down the "people-ing" because it can be a lot (yep, even if there's little to no talking!).
That's why the door will be open for you to rejoin as long as this offering exists in my business my lovely! Just head back to this page and rejoin with your payment option of choice!
12. Can I change my payment option from quarterly to annually (or vice versa)?
Sure can! All you'll need to do is send me a quick email at Hi@MaikeeTsang.com to let me know you're changing - and once you pay your newly preferred payment plan, then I can cancel your previous one on the back end for you.
13. Why isn't there a monthly membership option?
Truthfully, I'm looking for folks who want to commit to themselves and making space for what truly matters on a long term basis.
In other words, this isn't about committing to me, it's about practicing taking up space for yourself to focus on the things that you wouldn't otherwise get around to. This isn't a place that's purely for productivity, it's also about community and connecting deeper with yourself as well.
